Not at all. Congrats on bouncing back from her slap in your face. They say that '' all is fair in love and war ''. It sounds like it may have been a bit of both. As long as it's not a revenge thing or you aren't holding in her face, then 3 months is plenty of time and nobody should be off limits, except perhaps her mother.

If this Girl was really her "Best Friend" She wouldn't be dating you. Your ex has issues and she needs to except the fact that she was wrong, and she needs to choose better friends. As for your girlfriend, if she's not loyal enough of a friend to not date her best friend's ex, she probably won't be very loyal to you either.

Do you really like the girl or are you doing in to get back at your ex?If you are you have to take a step back and realize that what your doing isn't right. You know what its like to be hurt by someone you like. So be a man and walk away.If you do genuinely like the girl then good luck because its bound to be a rocky road.

No, you are not wrong to be dating the best friend, UNLESS you are doing it for revenge...and if you are, then you aren't being fair to the best friend.
