twinkies are a sponge like cake roll (very sweet) that is filled with a toxic white sugary substance. More than likely they are only available in the USA, dont think other countries want to import them

As far as I know, only in the US and perhaps Canada.

Someone recommended them to us when we first came over from the UK... tried one, and thought they were vile (you can taste the chemicals, I find most of the artificial flavourings here to be absolutely disgusting). That was 1967, and I haven't eaten one since. I came from a place and time where most flavourings were real, and it really was cream. God knows if the UK is the same now.

It's supposed to be like a sponge cake, with a creamy filling...uh, yeah. Ew.

They are first of all delicious. They have their own special taste. Kind of sweet and a teensy bit salty at the same time, the cream is sweet, and they are spongy, like biting into a sponge that gives.

They're like a really sweet sponge cake with cream inside. They are made in the U.S., but I think some other countries might import them.
