Had throttle body cleaned, now diagnostic code is showing nothing wrong except idle is too high. Is there a way to reset computer, or will computer re-learn idle speed over time?

If you are in a state which it gets under about 35-40 degrees, your car will run in a "cold" mode, the computer sets defferent air/ fuel pressure and what not, based on info from you Mass air flow sensor, if thats not the case just disconnect your battery for a minute. That will reset your comp.

Try this sit in car everything turned off. Turn key on for 20 seconds off for twenty seconds and back on for 20 seconds then off for 10 seconds. This procedure resets the closed throttle body posistion. Now Start the car if idle drops to 800/900 youre done. If you continue to have high idle the throttle chamber may be suspect and a Nissan technician can do a "Idle air relearn" The throttle chamber I think is covered by 5/50 warranty.

It's under warranty. Hound the dealer until he fixes the problem.
