Hi patricia s,

Twisty ties-they come in all different colors depending on what day of the week the bread goes to the store-white, blue, red, yellow, green. Speciality breads come with silver or gold twist ties. .A plastic white piece shaped like a U with a whole in it but t kinda close togther to tie up bread-twist tie. Have a good day!

ohh you are talking about the plastic flat ones that have the key hole kinda thing,, that just pops on ,,, I have no clue what they are called,, other than a bag closer things,, you might try calling the grocery store,, they use them in the produce section to close the bags when you pick your own fruits and veggies,, maybe they will know the offical term...

Good luck!!!!

The proper name for that little gizmo is an "aglet".......the term applies to anything that "keeps items together in a uniform manner or added to the ends of rope to keep it from unraveling".....It's NOT a twist tie, you don't twist them!!! And the responder who answered about the colors of them is quite correct......Have a great one!!
