I have lost 30 pds by eating only when my stomach growls, drinking a glass of water quickly before eating, eating only until I no longer feel hungry. Being more concerned with the fat rather than the calorie content. Drinking water all through the day. I did not give up my favorite foods, just ate less of them at a time. It helped to eat several times a day rather than the standard 3. You just don't eat as much each time.

Here's my experience...

The only way to lose the weight and keep the weight off is good old low fat, low cal foods with exercise. I eat approx. 1400 calories per day and try to keep fat intake under 6 grams. I walk 5 miles on my treadmill and do 30 minutes of strength training (weights, sit ups, push ups, squats, etc.) 6 days a week. And of course, lots of water too! If you are taking in but not putting it out, you won't lose. So far since August, I have lost 37 pounds! I don't have major cravings like I did with other diets either because I can make foods that are low cal and low fat but taste just the same as the real deal! Smart Ones (weight watchers meal are great too). You just have to get active and get going with your motivation!

I tried Adkins Low carb thing for a while and while it worked great (I lost 35 lbs in about 2 months), but I instantly gained it all back as soon as I added the carbs again!

I have also tried South Beach with not much luck. This equated to about 10 pounds in about 2 months.

Good Luck!

Well I myself haven't done any diets to lose weight, but I can tell you that there were 5 girls at my old office that did the weight watchers and each person lost weight differently as each has their own level of ambition to lose the weight. The one girl though I just saw here last week for the first time in 4 months she's lost 70 pounds and looks great that was with weight watchers and a lot of daily exercise on her part, but she looks great and feels great too. I think anyone can lose weight on any diet as long as they keep their goal in mind and work hard at it.

My friend has lost half a stone (7 pounds) in two weeks on he weight watchers points diet. I have lost a dress size ( I don't believe in weighing myself) by eating absolutely anything I want but going to the gym at least three times a week for 45 minutes.

A few years ago I went on the Slim Fast Diet and lost about 85 pounds in about 5 months time.

Then I got pregnant and gained it back *after 2 pregnancies* and then became Vegan and lost it plus 25 pounds. I had gained 110 pounds total with the 2 pregnancies.

A couple years ago I lost about 30 pounds on Green Tea.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow.
