I really need to loose weight, whats the best way to do so. I need to loose weight in my toummy and my bums and hips. Plz help me soon! : )

hi!
okay! if u want to lose your weight be sure that it takes time. the best way that i recommand u to do is doing sports regularly...
i know it is difficult and takes time but first of all you should promise yourself to do it every day.
i know some one that has had some kinds of pills or eating powders to lose weight but they are surely bad for your health. not only do they reduse the water in your body (u think you have become thinner) but also their effect wont be permanent and as soon as u stop having them your shape will be simillar as the time you didnt have them.
you can join one of the sport clubs in your area. or you can join a sport team.

OK the first thing is will power and the WANT to do it. Alot of people say they want to lose weight but when push comes to shove its hard to have the will power to walk away from a food that you love ( I know I was that person for 15 years) Then once you start following a low calorie diet (all food groups present) you will start losing pounds and inches and become excited to keep it up...add in exercise as much as you can at a time and watch it fall off and once you start buying new clothes....get RID OF THE OLD ONES!!! Else you may be tempted to let yourself get back into them. Its hard and its a long process but honestly you will feel great about yourself and then others will see you for the GREAT person you are(Not because of the NEW you(body) but because of the confidence you possess) Confidence is SEXY!
