Aim for 6 servings of whole grains (a cup of pasta, half a cup of rice, 1 slice bread, half a hamburger bun, 1 pancake size of cd ect=1 serving)
3 servings of veggies (1 cup= one serving)
3 servings fruit (half a apple, 1cup strawberries, plum, pear= 1 serving)
2-3 servings meat and protein( meat size of your palm, handfull of beans=1 serving)
dairy/calcium 2-3 servings(1 cup milk, cheese the size of 2 dominoes=one serving
