Either your kidney or your liver will have the task of processing vitmains and minerals you take in. Some vitamins, like Vitamin C, are easily processed and you can take large doses without killing yourself, but other vitamins are not as easily processed, and can get stored in your body. Just like eating too much food or drinking too much can be dangerous, vitamins should be taken in moderation as well. your body only needs so much, when you give it too much, you can cause damage.
