Last year, my friend got mono and was out of school for 19-30 days. She was able to come back to school without a problem and graduate to the next grade. I, however, have an undiagnoseable disease that causes me a lot of pain. I have doctors notes to excuse me the days I have missed (I've missed 16). But, still, the principal said that if I miss anymore days, I'll have to repeat the eight grade. I've recieved all A's and B's on my report card, despite being absent so many days. Still, I have to attend friday night school to make up the days I missed. I'm still really sick, but my principal won't let me miss anymore days because he says I'll have to repeat. What should I do! I'm in a lot of pain at school!.

hey that should be no excuse to not let you pass. if you are sick and in pain and a doctor knows this it should not matter how many days of school you missed. go and talk to him and if that does not work go to mom and dad surely they can help you. hope this helps.

Get your pearnts to talk to the princible.

The Princible seems very strict and he thinks that your doctors notes are forged. If you think he is too strict even for your perants, get them to talk to the school's superitnedint. If he is strict to, talk to the director.
If all else fails go to a new school. DONT GIVE UP! But DONT shout at the teachers either.

PS:. Super-intendints and school directors love it when a young man comes to talk to them maybe even without his perants.

Good Luck!
