i also hate drinking just plain water so what i have started doing is getting flavored water. Not the carbonated stuff cause that is just gross but things like PROPEL, H2O, and AQUACAL. I like them in the peach flavor myself, but there are alot of different flavors to chose from.

Easy. Stop drinking the soda and juice and it will have a desire for water.
Keep track of how many sodas you drink a day, and then give yourself a limit. Instead of five, I will only do three a day, and drink water for the rest of the time. After two or three weeks, reduce the number to two a day, then one a day, then three a week, etc. until you reach the point where you are drinking water instead.
Called decision and will power. Called building a habit.

Water is the water and your body needs it. If you add stuff in it, your body will treat it as food, not water and it defeats the purpose...More you drink of it, your body will start craving it and you will get used to the taste. It really does taste great, the best there is, once you get off all the "other" drinks that you must be drinking now that "cloud" your taste buds. Make sure you drink, cold, filtered water, with ice if needed and then add lemon if you like...good luck, you are doing what is best for your body any way.

Slowly wean yourself from the juice at least. Water down your juice a little at a time...say 3/4 juice 1/4 water for a week and then water it a little more every week until you just need a little dab of juice in your water.
also crystal lite has no calories and tastes better then water.

Water is important in anyone. You need lotsa water every day to help your organs function properly & keep you healthy! If you don't have good well water, then try bottled spring water? Too much juice & soda is not good? Gotta flush your system out every now & then? Good Luck!

I never liked water, but since i ate so much sugary stuff i tried to get used to it. Jst start sipping little bits often, like have a bottle of water with you, you'll find you will jst automatically and absentmindedly start sipping it. Flavour your water with a v.small amount of juice if u cant stand the taste.

I hardly drank water and when I found out I was pregnant, I MADE myself drink water all the time...here are some suggestions that worked for me!
You can get lemon or orange slices and put them in your water for a little flavor.
Or get lemon or orange slices and put them in an ice cube tray, put water and freeze. Put those in your glass of water.

Keep a water bottle at you desk and carry it along with you. Just sip evry time you feel a even a little bit thursty. That is what I do.
And if it is because of sugar addiction, mix a little bit of sugar into your water and slowly reduse the sugar amount.
