Too much soda isn't bad....it's terrible! They say that in a tin of coke there are 9 teaspoons of sugar! Soda aside from being bad for your teeth, is also extremely unhealthy. Drink water;)

depends if you are drinking regular or diet. for sure, too many sugary drinks (including fruit juice!) will cause you to gain weight, which can lead to health problems of all kinds.
diet sodas are a different story. no calories, but artificial sweeteners can trick your body into thinking you just drank something with sugar - the body releases insulin, which can lead to fat deposition (ironic, diet soda can make you fat). also, for some reason, artificial sweeteners can make you crave sugar, so you find yourself in the cookie jar 10 minutes later.
splenda (sucralose) is supposed to be better for you than the others, but to be safe, limit your intake of artificial sweeteners and drink water, juice (in moderation), and milk.

It sure is!
Not only does it cause you to gain weight from all the calories and sugar, it will also do damage to you teeth. Unless of course, you are smart and use a straw!
The lack of pure water going in your system can also lead to infections in your kidneys/urinary tract. Bloating can also occur.
So in moderation, soda is okay. But water is so much better for your body!

Soda water is plain water infused with CO3 and is not bad for the health. Do not mistake soda water with club soda because club soda contain salt.

Yes, I was just reading how the sweetener contains chemicals that can cause Multiple Sclerosis and memory loss. It is on the internet. Kinda scary. I'm going to stop drinking Diet Coke and Snapple.

Yep, just like anything fun! Has alot of sugar & acid that is not good for your teeth, but if you put the right amount of whiskey in it? It helps kill the sugar?
