Turn the situation around and maybe add abit of spice into your relationship.
Under no circumstance feel unwanted, worthless, or any of the above you have mentioned.
Have a bath/shower make yourself smell divine dress to look a million dollars then your ready for exploring each other.
Men do require self realise and it is normal but it can include you as well.

Have to admit i'm quite an insecure person from some crap thats happened in the past and when i first realised my boyfriend still did it, yeah, i felt like you do, but i figured that all men do it and its, kind of, their way of life.
Also while a man is doing this action, his brain is more than likely on the blink! So he's not doing it to offend you!

In order to problem solve you need to own the problem. You can only work on your insecure past. Set goals, read and educate yourself. You can't change the past but are obligated to yourself to relish the present and plan on joy for the future. Part of that is sharing your feelings so tell your boyfriend how you feel. Maybe you and him can find a solution if you communicate.

Call me odd,but never had it come up(pardon the pun).Call Him strange but ex husb. didn`t beleive in it(and knowing Him I can beleive that !!!) Sounds to me He`s doing it without envolving You,which would make You feel like You do.I would also have a problem if I were with someone and they were doing it looking at dirty mags or whatever.Dont waste Your time it is insulting.On the other hand if You`ve got a low sex drive He might just be releiving Himself.He could still find somewhere else to rub it though,it shouldn`t have to be solo,or You could participate instead of His hand,anyway as long as it`s mutual.

Ok so I am a gay guy.....but hey I have to deal with this too twice as often either me or him! Let him.....its not like he is devalueing you or prefering his hand over you....just sometimes guys just want to get it over and done with quickly without the fuss of foreplay.....it (sex) can be distracting sometimes....you feel horny but your really tired...so a quick hand job gets the thought off your or his mind and boom your off to sleep. its not a problem...most men do it...its no reflection on you at all...i have a couple of suggestions for you...firstly if you cant beat em join em,lol...try it for yourself you might even enjoy it,secondly remember there may come a day where you dont want him within ten paces of you for whatever reason...its good practice for him for that day,lol...in all seriousness you feel the way you do because you probably have some self esteem/confidence issues...they areprobably not all his fault...you'd be better off finding out where those issues stem from and getting your head into gear there,then everything else will seem ok...good luck ;0)

Well you asked answers from ladies abut actually it is mens opinion you need to know.
Masturbating and Girlfriends are two different things. Though it is a fact that we masturbate much less when we have a girl friend. And I don't know how to say this but I never wanked thinking of my girl friend when I am close to her(I don't say like she is next to me but when we are able to see each other whenever we want I mean). If he still chooses to **** even when you are close to him than most probably he is thinking of someone else while wanking.
An one last thing... Masturbating does not mean much to us like it means to you. We just do it...

No i don't have a problem with my boyfriend doing it, unless he ever did it when i was in or asleep.
I don't understand how it can make you feel the way you are feeling. You may feel like a perv or something, but everyone does it.
