NO! they are an Austrian company. One of the few remaining independents!!! (Shame on Coke that they came out of left field and created a whole new category...without the "Big Boys" even noticing!!)

Red Bull is available here in India but I hav not seen a single commercial of tht product featuring celebrities. Definitely not owned by Pepsi.
