Why would you stop paying taxes as a threat to bring home our troops? Don't get me wrong, I'd love very much for all of our service men and women to come safely, but not paying your taxes isn't going to accomplish that. The government would just say, "Okay, you're not paying, then we're taking everything you own." It's a lose-lose situation. Good question though. :)

Like the fact you looked for peaceful mean of "protest". Hard to do though, about the only time it would sort of work is you have to pay tax on the fun day of April 15 filing. Don't know about you but I get a refund then and I want it!

And if as individuals we were allowed to decide where our money goes in taxes it would be chaos. I don't have kids why should pay the school tax? I have plenty of money why should I pay for social programs? I don't drive on highways so why should I pay for them to be built? What a mess that would make.

Only way you can control taxes is by going to the polls and electing responsible politician. Good luck finding one!

Well that’s a very bad idea,

You see if the troops come home then who's going to steal the oil and wealth from the country. Now we don’t want the oil prices going up now do we?

I think that the troops are there to make sure nothing goes out of hand you know like the 'Big boys' and so the rest (specialised American and British) men go and pump out the oil and steal the gold and maybe some cocaine too.

If I’m wrong then let’s just see and find out how much oil is left in Iraq and Afghanistan and how much is in out tanks....

Big Bull- Dont make me laught, you dont know nothing lol. The first surah of the Quran revealed is Iqra (read) this surah is also known as the 'Blood Clot' of which Allah orders the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) to read as Allah made Him and all the human from a blood clot. And does science prove that or not?
70% of the Quran can be proved by science so i suggest you research thoroughly.

'Trying not to be bias'-have you looked further than the picture's and read the text? For your kind information there are also athiest, Christians and other's there aswell and they dont find the website bias.

That would have a dire effect on the most vulnerable people of our society. The elderly are already struggling to make ends meet on means tested benefits. Education is turning farcical even with the millions being pumped in.
Now if you had said lets all lobby Parliament to bring our troops home, and show respect to those injured, then I would give that a big YES!!!

That won't help ya the goverment has the means to take ur homes & look after a lot of other things all @ the same time, unless u could get every single home owner in the hole country to do it, but we all know, that will never happen ha ha

Well I could stop paying tax(vat) on the beer and fags I have but food would be a problem and I doubt if it would have a serious effect anyway!
Oh I'm unemployed so don't pay income tax anyway!
Wouldn't it also be silly as they'd just take legal action and we'd end up owing more.

It wouldnt be worth the consequences. Uncle Sam don't like to be denied his money. Just ask Richard Hatch and Wesley Snipes.
