Make your study periods fairly short with breaks in between. 30 to 60 minutes studying, with 10 minutes or more in between. Make notes by hand while you study. This hand-brain coordination is the best way to make your brain remember the information and understand it. People who make hand-written notes, even if they never look at them again, remember 50% more than those who don't.
The brain actually continues working on the material you were concentrating on whilst you are relaxing, so doing something else is quite important.
Devise rewards for yourself for doing a certain amount or achieving a certain level in self-tests.

Do not allow for diversions to come in way of your studies. Take good rest. Have targets and follow. Revise your lessons periodically. Go to bed early if you feel sleepy. Cut on your time for movies and TV. Get up early. Do some yoga if possible.Or do silmple pranayama. Keep your mind occupied with positive thoughts. Have confidence. You shall do well in studies.

I am in the same boat, I think we should both stop using the computer and use that time for studies. Good luck.
