Well, you try squeezing a basketball through a garden hose and see if it doesn't loosen up! Not to mention 3 of them through the same piece of hose.
But to help resolve the problem, she can do Kegel Exercises to regain control of the muscles in that area. This will help "tighten" things a bit for you. Have her try this.

What is a kegel?
A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise, named after Dr. Kegel who discovered the exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. To try and isolate these muscles trying stopping and starting the flow of urine.
How do I do the kegel exercise?
Once you have located the muscles simply tighten and relax the mucsle over and over, about 200 times a day. These are basic kegels. There are many variations on kegels: elevator kegels (Where you tighten slowly, in increments going in and out, like an elevator stopping on several floors.), you can hold the muscle tightened for five seconds, you can bulge the muscles out at the end, and many other variations.
Why would I want to do kegel exercises?
Kegeling provides many benefits:
Conditioned muscles will make birth easier, and your perineum will more likely be intact (fewer tears and episiotomies)
Sexual enjoyment is enhanced for both partners
It can prevent prolapses of pelvic organs
It can help prevent leaking urine when you sneeze or cough
DO IT ANY & EVERYWHERE, no one will ever know.

She needs to do pelvic floor (Kegel) exercises.
Click on this link for information on them...
http://www.prodigy.nhs.uk/patient_information/pils/pelvic_floor_exercises.htm
She can also get surgery to tighten the area, but this should only be done as a last resort.
It is safe to do pelvic floor exercises any where.

Theres probably nothing you can do about it. Probably not much she can do about it either, other than doing a lot of .... well.... crotch-exercises to keep the muscles supple. It might be too late now though.
Then again, there is also the cruel way...
If you can injure her there, it may cause swelling... which would achieve a similar result to conventional tightness but could be quite painful for her... You could try lemon juice or something similar to give her mild acid burns... That would make it more... I suppose... responsive...
But I strongly recommend you do NOT go that way.
Just accept her the way she is.
Serves you two right for breeding....

There is a surgical procedure to tighten the vaginal orifice, don't know if she wants to go that far. Other than that, Kegel exercises are the only thing that might help slightly.

I'm sure there are many home remedies for this problem. I suggest you see your doctor and take his advice. Don't go with anything that could create harm or disfigurement for life.
