hhmm..
does anybody know what is the angle of the molecular geometry of sulphite?
<109,5 or <106?

No one really knows the angle of O-S-O bonds.
Since it's a trigonal pyramidal structure then I could only say the angle is less than 109.5 deg.

I would say trigonal planar, 120 degrees. Resonance hybridisation (if you believe in it) will ensure that all the bond angles are equal.
