Undergraduate, yes? Then your best choices are Julliard and New York University (Tisch). These are actually two of the top performing arts programs in the world.

Other extremely strong, well reputed performing arts programs in NY are at Fordham University, SUNY Purchase, Syracuse, and, if you're willing to travel, Rutgers.
