well in real life for me it's the eyes

That depends on how you connect first, it you talk to someone over the phone and you think their voice sounds attractive then that's what you noticed first.
If were talking about in person, I'd say the over all face because an attractive face is what draws your attention most of the time.

Then their eyes.
Their personality is most noticeable for me.

For me, it'd have to be the smile. I immediately look at the face and the smile is the very first thing I notice.

At first, it's whatever stands out as not the norm: Very tall, missing teeth, spiked hair, platform shoes, different color eyes ect
