my friend has a problem,its like she dosnt seems to be happy by the life she is living...her best frd betraid her,her bf left her out,a family problem...and she thinks the world is crashing down on her.how can i make her feel beter...she wants to be alone,jst isolated..........what to do??????????????

leave her alone but make sure she knows u'll always be there for her if she needs anything or feels like talking to anyone

Don't leave her completely alone!! That is the worst thing to do. She will just end up way more depressed. That can lead to a number of even worse problems for her. Alcoholism, drug abuse even suicidal thoughts or actions. I would try to get her to talk to someone. Not necessarily a doctor, but even someone with no involvment in what is going on with her. That way they have an un-biased opinion to give her. Good luck. And watch out for her. She needs you very much right now even though she doesn't think she does.

Let her be alone, if she wants FOR A BIT.
But the rest of the time try drag her out to do things that
she likes; like movies, art exhibitions or whatever...

and she needs to meet new people as soon as possible.
so she can see that not everyone is like the
people that hurt her.

dont leave her alone, bring friends, people with you that will make her laugh and forget about her common problems that everypne goes thru. Isolation will only let her think about her problems more and she will become more depressed.

try to get her to come out with you and try to do things tht will make her happy and let her enjoy herself, take her away from reality maybe??
