Im well travelled also, but you have missed out on one of the best places. Go to Italy, I have travelled to many cities there. Suggest you go to Sorrento and can use that as a base to visit Capri and Pompeii, both fantastic. Also think everyone should see Dubai, Paris and LA, all places well worth a trip. However, out of your list, would say Egypt, one place I havent been as too nervous, just dont like the idea of armed guards everywhere.

Canada, plenty of different things to see - scenery, national parks, skiing, original locals, towns, French/English speaking areas, Niagara Falls. Vancouver is meant to be very good. The country is huge. Oh, and the '2nd largest shopping mall in the world' is in Edmonton, Alberta - gotta be seen to be believed (you don't do much shopping there!!!!)!
