You're not going to find that answer here, sorry.
The internet is kind of crappy at answering existential questions.

To believe in a god you have to completely shed all logic and reason. I prescribe to Occam's razor. Occam's razor states that the explanation of any phenomenon should make as few assumptions as possible, eliminating, or "shaving off," those that make no difference in the observable predictions of the explanatory hypothesis or theory. In short, when given two equally valid explanations for a phenomenon, one should embrace the less complicated formulation.
Which means the idea of god is made up. If there's a god, who's god? Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Buddist, Hindu? The religious stories and the books that support this dogma are no different than believing in Zeus or Greek mythology. The idea of a god is just a human way of saying "shut-up". When someone asks why do we have fossils that are 100's of million years old when the Bible says earth is just a few thousand years old. The believer answers: god put them there to test our faith in him. "Shut-up" would be a better answer. Accepting these explanations of a god makes it easier to get up and go to work everyday.
If there was an all powerful, all loving "being" watching every step we made, how do explain the Holocaust, Black plugue, WWII-- an estimated 65 million people died at the hands of Joseph Stalin. The answer from ignorant Christians---god gave us free will. But I thought every religion prescribes to god's will? How many times have you heard," just have faith, it's in God's hands, it's God's will" etc. Organised religion is a brilliant manipulaion to calm the savage beast. Ask yourself, who made it up? They all believe that they have the magic answer. Which one is the true religion? Most people believe because their parents believed and their parents believed and so on and so forth. Stop and question these ridiculous stories of Adam and Eve, Noah, Moses. Remember, people used to believe in Greek and Roman mythologies but at the time, they're were the prevailing beliefs of the people. Now we call it mythology.
Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Buddist, Hindu and all the other break-off factions of this organised dogma are the modern day version of mythology and one day people will look and have a laugh and say" did they really believe in that stuff"?
Therefore, your question has no answer because the question is built on human imagination and is not based on fact.
It's like asking "where does Santa Claus park his reindeer after delivering all the worlds presents?" The 2 questions are the same..

As far as I can tell the only place God exists is in people's heads. God is not something known to exist; God is just an idea a lot of people latch onto. There is no convincing argument that will demonstrate God's presence within space and time, which is what it means to say that something exists, by the way. And then, when theists claim that God exists outside of space and time, ask yourself how anyone could possibly know this. Furthermore, ask yourself what it means to say something "exists" outside of space and time. For that matter, go ahead and consider whether it makes sense to even talk about being "outside of space and time." Where is that border at? If you simply decide to have faith in God, your belief is untouchable. How could someone prove that God doesn't exist if God is just an idea in your head completely detached from reality? Of course it could be argued that faith is just a way people give themselves permission to believe things they have no good reasons to believe. Trying to prove or disprove God, or even just trying to define God, is like trying to nail jello to a wall; it just doesn't work.

What is real?
Real means that which can be seen or heard or touched etc.
God can not be seen, can not be directly heard and can not be touched.
So, God is not a physical entity.
Then God must be metaphysical. Then our mind should be able to feel his presence and his impact.
God is real for all those who can feel him in their mind. Those who can not feel him in their mind are unlucky - simply because every one who has any contact with God through the mind invariably remember the experience with great honour and hope to repeat all the time.

It depends on your idea of god and the definition of the word real.
It is illogical to assume every one has the same idea of what god
is. Furthermore the idea that we all agree on what is real is also not true. Instead of writing an essay I will say that if you believe god is real then god is real. Personally i would say yes.

Without proof, its just fanciful thinking. To say that the bible says so is not proof. To look at the sunset, butterflies, and complex human organisms is not proof. To say that there is intelligent design to the universe or mankind can't explain why there were over 15 hominids that didn't make it, most notably the Neandertals. What are we, the new and improved models? What of the diseases, parasites, predations, and existence of evil in the world?
It reminds me of the movie "The God's Must Be Crazy," where an African Tribesman finds a Coke bottle in the desert. I find parallels between his thinking and the modern day Theist very similar...."hmmm, bottle fall from heaven, must be God," and "hmmm, look at the beautiful sunsets, birds, complex human oranisms, must be God." Both are explaining one unknown with another, but proving nothing.
But, alas, there's a scientific reason for our belief in god using CAVE MAN logic, it's in our genes. To survive in a hostile environment, our ancestors developed a god to believe in, to give them succor in time of peril and to cushion them from the despairing future of their utter death and annihilation.

Totally real. He shows me everyday. He shows me by the little things, like the flowers, by finding my keys when I ask, and by the miracles I see. When a patient is doing so badly in the hospital where I work that we are sure are going to die, people start praying, the next day they are so alive we think the day before was a dream. There are so many miracles every day that are little that are just as big. You see them too, just look for them. Feel free to email me and I will tell you more.

By proof , may be, unreal. By inference real. Whoever needs that proof , will have , also, to prove that God is not real.
By inteference one can feel the all pervading force , we call God, everywhere. The birth of a child, the body preparing itself to sustain the child, the single breath that sustains it......

Search your heart. No one can tell you anything that will change what you feel. Personally, I know God is real because I feel God's love in my heart.
