The boil is on the beast side wards under the arms on the right side and if ur right arm gets numb sometimes does that indicate breast cancer

The only way to know for sure is to see a doctor. Get a mammogram and a physical exam ASAP.

Boil on the breast - is USUALLY not due to breast cancer.
Right arm gets numb - may be due to abnormal posture while sleeping.
If you have local pain, local redness, tenderness on pressure, and it has developed in last few days, with fever, then probably it is not a breast cancer.
Best course of action:
1. Visit a doctor
2. If necessary , he/she will advice FNAC / Mammography / USG.
3. Otherwise, it will be treated with antibiotics / analgesics , etc.

I do not think its breast cancer. Breast cancer have other nature.That may be just infection if it just started few days ago and it is painful when pressed.
