i guess it is all personal preference, so everyones answer will be different - therefore - i suggest, wear what makes you feel most comfortable and the rest ... well you will have to wait and see

no skinny or fat..average weight
clear skin is nice but not a requirement
hair..color and lenght not an issue..no bald
height above 5 foot 7 inches
firm body..no flab or too much muscles
NO BIG BOOBS... gravity makes them look very bad.
firm butt..no flat or bubble butts
shapely legs
color of eyes..no issue, as long as there is some intelligence in there
nice teeth,,.need not be perfect
make up... girl should take professional lessons.. too many Tammy Fayes out there

Depends what type of girl. But a good suggestion is always show off your best traits. Long, smooth legs should be revealed by short skirts. Have good hair? Grow it out some. Personally, I love girls that are strong, not ripped, but strong, especially the legs.

I can find something hot on every girl. For one it might be just t-shirt and jeans another could be a satin gown. One could have no make up and another could have just lipstick.
So to me..her hair, eye color, accessories, height, etc...doesn't make a difference (within reason).
Most of all if a girl seems confident and happy with herself, nothing else matters unless she looks unhealthy to begin with (i.e. grossly overweight or rail thin). Then I just play nice and keep her off the 'what if' list but she could always be my friend.

I'm not a guy, but I do dig girls so...for me?
I like seeing a girl in simple panties, an oversize t-shirt, and some little socks. I think that is so amazingly cute and sexy. I think it appeals to that whole "Less is More" thing, because of the culture of girls these days seeing how much they can show off without getting in trouble.
And I like them to be...not..fat, but not skinny enough that you feel like "Oh my god, I'm gonna break you."
Bridget Regan from Flogging Molly is perfect. But it really depends on the guy (or girl!) to what THEY think is hot.
