I think the best skill to have is the ability to learn things quickly. That way when you're exposed to surfing, marital arts, art, dance, acting or music, you can just pick it up.

surfing if you want to be a surfing professional, martial arts if you want to run a dojo or star in films, professional dancer if you want to make it big that way, musical ability. What is most attractive differs from person to person. It's up to you.

The stuff that you've mentioned depends on a person's inclinations. But to be successful in today's world one skill is indispensable, i.e. you have to be articulate. If you have good ideas and you don't know how to express them properly no one will understand you. Conversely if you have ordinary ideas and you can express them eloquently, people will love it.
