Assumption, the weight of vanilla essence is 1g/1ml (that is the weight of water) so you can specify
15 parts by weight water to 10 parts by weight flour to 6 parts by weight v. essence.

30=2x3x5
You can see that 5 is the only common factor. Dividing by the common factor you will get the ratios as 15:10:6.

You could say 50 grams of flour to 105ml of liquid or that the liquid is 15 parts water to six parts of vanilla, but if you want to describe it properly weigh the liquids and give all the values in grams..."50 grams of flour : 'x' grams of water : 'x' grams of vanilla".
