hello can you help me plz?

when i give web address to people ,its still grey colour,but when some people give web address its turn blue isin't?so how come the blue colour?i couldn't get ,please help????tell me how to do ,am i want to put in the souse list or what?

Perhaps when you see what you are sending out, it isn't blue but when they get it, it IS blue?
