It's going to take time Honey. A divorce or separation is likened to a death. He should have no reason to come around, for sex or anything else. If he's making excuses, to see what your doing, whom your with, ect, tell him he's not welcome without a reason and to call first, you may be busy.
There were reasons to ask him to leave, keep them fresh in your mind otherwise your wasting the courts time and principles. With a separation, you could be in violation by having sex with him also, check into it.

There were reasons to ask him to leave, remember these reasons.

Get one of those big body pillows and put it in bed next to you. Usually the biggest part of that after so long is just laying there next to someone. Take your time and eventually make yourself start to go out and attempt to have some fun. After thirteen years I imagine it feels like life is over but in reality a new one is just beginning for you. Good luck and God bless.

Give it time. You are going through a major change in your life. But a whole new chapter will open up. If you are not going out sleep when you can, and don't force yourself to sleep just because its when you think you should.

Hope things feel much better soon.

Have warm milk or oatmeal or decaf tea before bedtime. Read until you're sleepy. Don't wory, this is the right thing. It's a change and you are adjusting. Give yourself time. Take a nice wam bath with candles or something.

Is it not an indication that you miss him? If the love is still there, is there no possibility of a reconciliation? It is always a triumph for us, when wife and husband reconciles or decide to stay together.

Maybe try some over the counter sleeping pills. They work for me. I also take Melatonin. It helps too.
