No, you're not ugly. And if you feel that you are you should work on you confidence rather than going straight to surgery. I believe that surgery is very rarely needed and never because of ugliness or lack of confidence.
The person who told you that you are ugly probably lacks in confidence herself. And insulting others makes her feel better about herself.
Be happy with how you are.

Maybe she's just kidding you. Maybe she saw something that needs to be corrected thru plastic surgery to make you look beautiful. Don't take it as an insult, take it as a compliment or as a suggestion, either way, you're the one who will benefit from it. If you have the money to pay for it then do it. But if you can't then live with it. Do you see yourself as an ugly person inside out? Or do you see yourself beautiful no matter what others may say? It's how you see yourself you know. And if ever you are, remember you're not alone. And if there's no ugly people in the world, then how can we identify beauty from the ugly?... c",)

this chick is not a very nice person. i don't know how old you are! if you are still young you might grow up to be a very nice looking guy.just remember one thing "good looks are not everything" beauty comes from the inside and how you treat somebody.so this "chick" still has allot to learn, so tell her to get lost because she is not a friend, because friends would not say what she said to you.i saw your photo and you are not ugly and you don't need plastic surgery and what i saw from your photo, you are still young and as you grow your features will change and perhaps you will grow into this very beautiful looking guy.so why don't you say "bye, bye to that chick" who made that comment about you. i wish you good luck.

If everyone believed everything that everyone else has said...then there is an awful lot of false pretences happening.
Appearance is only skin deep. Does it really matter what a person looks like. If they are of good soul and of geniune nature then appearance really wouldn't matter.
I don't think you should let one person get to you...I mean its just one person out of like 5 billion or something.

this chick says that chick has a problem. beauty comes from within. the exterior is just a plus. i think you are pretty and shouldn't listen to what others might think.society says you have to be slim and trim and have a beautiful face. well at lot of people are just that but sometimes their manners are not beautiful at all . therefore they are not beautiful cause the inside shines through.
