The title of that particular song that u r looking for is "Number One" by Hazel Fernandes.
as for the download... u could try ares or limewire. They do have it there... both the vocal version with the lady singer singing the song all the way till the end and the instrumental version with "woooaaah oh yeahhh" (as u had quoted it) throwed into the melody.
