I do not receive images but instead receive a small box replacing the image. How do I change this?

In Internet Explorer: choose Tools, Internet Options, Advanced ... scroll down to Multimedia and put a check in the box that says: Show Pictures.

In Firefox: Tools, Options, Content ... Load Images should be checked.

You may need to restart your browser and you may need to clear the cache (Tools, Internet Options, General, Browsing History (in IE7).

If this doesn't work, you may have a slow connection or the website may be slow or your cache may not be large enough.

Simple way: Refresh the page...
Complicated way: Disable ad-blocker etc..
