I want to find this perfect gown for my fiance's x-mas party. I would love it to be long and elegant but not to over the top, I have looked at Macy's, Nordstrums, Jessica McClintok and I still havn't found anything I liked, can you give me some other places to look?!?!

Hard to say what you may have available in your area. You may want to check online, and find the dress you like, then see if any store can order it for you. Also, check to see if the stores you have check at before have any catalogs of other merchandise they may not have out currently.

Well first make a litst of what you want in the dress and what you don't e.g plain colour, pattern , print etc.
then go out to a big department store and try to find similar to the dress you wanted or go out to a huge shopping centre where you are likely to find something
good luck on the dress searching coz i've seen my sister go crazy when she's looking for the right dress:P but also remember to take your time and don't just buy the first dress you kinda like. you gotta LOVE the dress before you buy it:P

Try looking in David's Bridal or any Wedding gown stores. They carry other gowns other than wedding dresses.

go and find the perfect pattern and the perfect material(s) and make it yourself, this will make it even more perfect and special !
