Shane Watson.
He can bat anywhere from 1 to 6 and bowls at 150km+, plus he can swing it both ways.
If it hadn't of been for the back injury setback right before the 2003 world cup, he would have been a star of that tournament and already be established in both the test and ODI sides. I saw him bat at number 3 when he used to play for Tassie, and he scored a century off about 90 odd balls, against the new ball with it swinging. He then came in to bowl and took 6 for 40 odd.
He also once scored 300 in a club game followed by 7 for 29.

Adam Gilchrist because if the wicketkeeper can bat well then it allows the team to go with an extra batsman or extra bowler.
