Indians only huh? Do you mean people from India or Native Americans? If you are referring to Native Americans say Native Americans. If you are referring to people from India, say people from India. Either way, it is not the whites (generally speaking) keeping racisism alive, it's the minorities who exclude everyone else.

Indians Only? Man, we should stop cribbing about racism. We probably are the worse kind of bigots out there.

As for the point in contention, the death penalty is justified for a premditated and intentional murder. Not something that happens in self defence or by accident.

All those ppl who oppose the death penalty are fools. Think of what the victim's father, mother, wife, husband and child would want.

Besides, would u want a murderer (reformed or not) sitting next to you or a loved one on a train or bus?

I like the idea of beating a rapist to death. Would u want a rapist to be stting next to your sister/wife/mother/daughter on a train or bus?

,basic concept is even though 1000 culprits are gone Scot free no innocent should be punished.the question is how can we assume a man 100 percent guilty.circumstantial evidences can be conceptual or framed by the authorities for the purpose of criminal justice.courts are accepting evidences and even an innocent person can be framed as guilty with the support of false evidences and strong advocation.any court can be misguided by the executive by accumulating supportive evidences cleverly and efficiently.the fight is between a government and an individual where individual needs all the possible support of plain justice..once capital punishment is given to the culprit, nobody can revoke the verdict again, if you find he is innocent.overzealous concepts of the judiciary even makes mistakes in this matter and can be moved by preconceived ideas to wrong decisions.society is the basic factor for corrupting or correcting an individual. unless and until the culprit is 100 percent guilty capital punishment should not be applied, where it is totally impossible

Death penalty is not justified because only God can take back life and not men.

The death penalty although appears to be justice that is needed unfortunately does nothing to help. Use them as slaves once they are guilty beyond any doubts.
