Jay-Kay's question which was selected by Yahoo as a guest question is not in any way a breach of the community Guidelines,and so will not be removed whereas your question was reported by someone because they found it offensive.
You obviously just want to come on here to offend people and in consequence are putting yourself up for removal,as in this case.

Perhaps the staffers thought your report was unfair or unfounded (at a guess coz I have no idea what J-Kays question was or under what violation you reported it). Where as the KKK is an extreme racist organisation and there is no question it contravenes guidelines.
Mind you having been reported and had an answer removed for putting the word "floosie" (DONT REPORT ME AGAIN!!!!! PLEASE!!) in it anything can happen! Apparently floosie is "Adult Content"
