Yeah, wet wipes. We use Baby Care Wet Ones - works a treat, and probably cheaper than the proper anti-static wotsits from comp shops!

normally a piece of microfiber cloth will do. Such cloth is used to clean photo lenses. Ask for it in a photo store. Sometimes available even in Wal-Mart and other local 'emporia' as
monitor cleaning rags and such. Make sure it is really "microfiber" (it is very sooth to touch.)
Microfiber cloth has very small spaces between fibers [ :-) ] thus doesn't absorb
dust particles (and particles of dust are very abrasive.)
First blow the dust off with some air (NOT with an industrial strength can....) then
gently clean the screen. If the cloth alone is not enough, use a damp (but not
wet...) cloth. Don't rub too hard - it may takes several attempts to really clean a
screen.

Forget the screen cleaners for sale, all you need is access to a tap and some kitchen roll. Lightly wet a piece of kitchen roll under the tap so it is damp, NOT DRIPPING, then lightly clean your screen, then with a second piece of kitchen roll, wipe off the moisture and dirt. Ta da clean screen at a minimum cost.

i'm afraid your hard drive the place residing house windows is put in on has failed. The dvd starts spinning through fact the hdd can't boot the equipment (1st verify) so it tests the dvd if it could boot up from there, using a residing house windows dvd. attempt booting from a residing house windows dvd and spot in case you are able to format your hdd, if no longer your computing device is in all likelihood performed for. Sorry
