When a coworker screams at you and accuses you of wrong doings and the manager won't let you stick up for yourself. What are my rights?

Follow the proper chain of command and speak to your director or general manager. If that does not bring resolution to the problem than you can at least prove that you followed the right steps before you took further action. Be sure to keep a personal log including dates and times as well as the names of those involved so that when necessary you can provide actual and accurate information.
There should be a poster on a wall of your workplace that assures you of the fact that you have the right to a non-hostile work environment and it should also list the names of the appropriate authorities to contact for assistance.

Find another job. An idiot boss like this has a ton of messed up ideas about boundaries and respect, and what you are seeing is just the tip of the iceburg and a big clue that this job will go from bad to nightmare-it's just a matter of time.

Somewhere in your workplace, supposedly posted in a prominent place, is a notice of a federal law that, among other things, guarantees you a 'workplace free of harassment'.
