Hate to rain on the parade...about Pork...Pigs are scavenger animals, meaning they clean up waste products, and are not created to be eaten.
I don't like Pork, and people shouldn't eat it for health reasons.

yes and I smoke my own boston butt takes 12 hrs min. but nothing beats a good hog roast if you start the night before it's tried by noon the next day and deeeelicious!!!!!!!!yum .....!

I dont like pork I reckon It has a really gross taste thou I do like other meats like beef and lamb
