You getting any exercise (and I don't necessarily mean in the bedroom ;-). Any physical activity is great for regulating hormones, anxiety etc. and generally you'll find yourself thinking a lot more clearly and be able to get to the bottom of what's on your mind......hope that helps

Nora2200 is a very wise woman, and she gives great advice. If I may add to that, i would like to say that, in my humble opinion, onset of stress without a clear reason why could be a manifestation of a bigger, even physical problem. Most communities have community mental health services that are either free or billed on a sliding scale based on the clients ability yo pay. The stress might be manageable now, but it may get worse prior to getting better. My marriage was sorely tested due to my unchecked stress. Thanks to a good counselor, a good doctor, and a good husband, I am feeling great again. So, before you pick up those knitting needles, pick up the phone and make an appointment to talk to someone.

1) Breathe deep (seriously, when you're running around and stressed out, people can go up to 10 minutes without taking one proper breath)
2) Have a glass of water, having to hold the cup steady so it doesn't spill will help you get a grip on your nerves.
3) Try to identify what is causing your stress
4) If you can do something to alleviate the problem or part of the problem, do so. Else, realize you can't do anything about it for now.
5) Try to take a quick 15 min nap (or at my timezone, go to bed), in the morning you'll probably forget what you were stressing about and if you don't, you'll at least be able to do something about it then.
That's all I got, I hope you feel better soon!

We women have hormones that go up and down their own private rollercoaster. The best thing I've discovered for the stress associated with this is knitting.
I can knit all my issues away, and get a beautiful finished item besides. Can't beat it with a stick!
