Do you mean "Satan"? - If you do, then there is only one candidate. GW Bush. In his pursuit of oil he has caused more misery and more devastation than any other human being. I hope we never see the like of him ever again.

osama bin laden. i think the fact that he has caused so many deaths in the worst possible ways is nothing but cruel, cold sadism. murder is not a sport but if it were, there would be no competition for osama.
