Among the list you have provided, Ronaldinho is without a doubt the best and he has proved his worth time and time again, both at team and national level.
Much as the others such as Rooney, Ronaldo and Robben have also proved their worth, Ronaldinho exhibits a flair and confidence that sets him apart.
As for the much-hyped 'future stars' such as messi, we know they have talent, we need to give them time to prove they are the best in the long haul. For now, Ronaldinho gets my crown.

Messi and Fabregas get a great deal of hype,k and they are undoubtedly very talented and improving, however, Robinho is fantastic too. He's my favourite.
Wayne Rooney is great but he needs to learn how to manage his anger or it will ruin him. As for C. Ronaldo, he needs to stop being so immature. The other Ronaldo needs to assess himself, his aspirations, his passions, get the lethargy out of the way--and lose some weight. However he is no longer young, he ought to find some wqorthwhile interests to fulfill himself as a human being beyond his career.
Oh well... go Robinho!

Ronaldinho, Rooney, Kaka, Robinho are not young. theyve been playing for a while. The best young soccer player might be Messi.

Kaka because he is saving Milan's as.s this season. He is by far the best player and has the best skills. He can dribble the ball right into the square, or he can take good long kicks and score. He is great in every aspect.

My personal Favourites from the ones you mentioned are LIONEL MESSI and KAKA...KAKA is an awesome player and he is so versatile too because he can play in center and upfront
Messi is highly creative and has skills to take over defenders witrh ease He and Kaka are both specialist in dead ball situations such as corner kicks penalt kicks and free kicks
