Canadian singer, attractive looking, great voice. She was off for a while and then reappeared as this sexy reinvented "Maneater". I think she is trying too much, its anything but sexy. Her attitute is like: Look everybody, I discovered I have....... And what a name for the album Promiscuious, what do you think, is she normal?

I agree...
'Whoa Nelly' was her true style..... her second album was trying to be something different but turned out so bad I don't even remember what it's called. Her recent stuff is just her cashing in on whatever's selling most at the moment.
She needs to stick with what she does best..... 'Whoa Nelly' style showed her true musical talent. It was genuine.
Why do people think that because they got one thing right - they can do anything? She also looks superbly uncomfortable in the 'Man Eater' video. She's a mother now and you can tell in her eyes she is totally out of her element in that video.

Desperation. She does not have the voice of lets say Queen Latifah or Missy Elliot. Nelly Furtado stay away from rap. She is NOT Canadian she is from Spain.

For me she has lost a lot - I thought she was fantastic at first, a breath of fresh air, such a different voice/style to anything else out there on the market.
It seems like pop stars that get introduced in this way come to a point in their careers where they feel they have to prove that they are oh so diverse... so they wear less clothes, and sing ranchier songs. I mean you can practically pin point with B Spears lost its virginity. 'im a sllllllaaaaaave for you'.
I dunno, the music is ok, the dancing is ok, but it does all just seem to be pop by numbers to me?

My goodness, Nelly Furtado has gone in the tank. I held her in high regard until I heard that Promiscuous load of crap song. It sounded like your average R&B song, only not as polished and with extra effort to be "in your face" with the sexuality. I expected so much more out of someone with her talent.

I agree with most of the comments here. She started out with so much promise, and she seemed to have some originality, but no more. It's a real a shame. There's more to life and more to being a woman than being The Sexiest, surely!??

She's original...the song is actually not bad. She is not "sexy" or anything, she's ok but she just has talent.
Now if you want to talk untalented and STUPID, Fergie...she has never been talented, not with the black eyed peas and not by herself, she is horrible. That new song of hers, London Bridge. What a HORRIBLE song....i dont get how ppl can actually listen to this.
