Multiply all the numeraters and all the denominaters and then simplify them.
3/5 * 3/4 * 2/3 = 18/60 = 3/10 = 0.3

You just have to memorize a few things when working with fractions.

To multiply fractions you just multiply the numbers in the numerators and then do the same to the denominators. So...

3/5 x 3/4 x 2/3 = (3x3x2)/(5x4x3) = 18/60 and simplifying, we get 3/10.

You can also cross cancel as someone said if you prefer to do that.

To add or subtract fractions, you have to make the denominators the same and then you add or subtract the numerators.
You make the denominators the same by finding a number to muliply the denominator you want to change by, so it becomes the numer you want it to be. You also have the multiple the numerator by it though. For example

2/3 + 7/12 It's easiest to change the 2/3 because 3x4 = 12

so (4x2)/(4x3) + 7/12 = 8/12 + 7/12 since both denominators are the same now, just add the numerators

8/12 + 7/12 = 15/12

We can simplify this because 3 goes into 12 and 15. 3 goes into 15 five times because 3x5 = 15 and three goes into 12 four times because 3x4= 12

So we get 5/4

Multiply all the numerators and denominators to obtain a single fraction
3/5*3/4*2/3 = (3*3*2)/(5*4*3)
= 18/60
= 3/10 (or) 0.3

To multiply fractions, simply:

multiply the top row together (the numerators) 3 x 3 x 2 = 18
then
multiply the bottom row together (the denominators) 5 x 4 x 3 = 60
then
place back into the fraction and cancel down 18 / 60 = 3 / 10.

Note: to cancel down see what the highest number is that can go into both the numerator and denominator. In this case 6. 6 goes into 18 three times, 6 goes into 60 ten times. therefore, 3 / 10.

Multiply all the numerators then multiply all the denominators. Then the product of the numerators divided by the product of the denominators.

(3)(3)(2) / (5)(4)(3)

Remember: 4=2(2)

(3)(3)(2) / (5)(2)(2)(3)

Remember that you could cancel a 2 and a 3 from both the numerator and the denominator since they are the common factors of both the numerator and the denominator. It will result to this one:

3 / (5)(2) = 3/10

The answer is 3/10.

= 3/5 x 3/4 x 2/3

this is the trick:
- since all multiplying number, you can put it in any order
- 3/4 x 2/3 --> equals 3/3 x 2/4
- 3/3 = 1 and 2/4 = 1/2
- result 1 x 1/2 = 1/2

= 3/5 x 1/2
= 3/10 or 0.3 or 30%

3/5 * 3/4 * 2/3 = 3/10 or 0.3
simply by cancelling out the 3 of numerator and denominator of the fractions 3/5 and 2/3 and similarly 2 with 4 and then multiplying the remaining terms. i.e. numerator with numerator and denominator with denominator.
