probably the best choice would be something made by yourself- a collage of pictures showing her best at different ages, with some little shells or dried flowers/ leaves around them.
or try writing a nice poem to express your feelings.
or you can just video her without her knowing, while she's doing so many small things for you and everybody else in the family.

Why should you have a handsome amount of money to give a present to your mom on her birthday when you have lot of precious things with you?
