I'm 17 years old and i've just started college in Japan, and to get some money i decided to do a job which they offered to me. I'm supposed to be an entertainer for kids at a halloween party and i'm pretty nervous about it since its my first job and i don't speak the language that well yet and the worse part is that its tomorrow, so any piece of advice will be great thanks.

Do you speak any Japenese? That could be part of your whole act! And then like someone else said be be presumtious enough (I'm saying that with a smile) to teach them English. Like blow up balloons and call the first one a ball, then the second one can be a tomato...like you're making these really special party balloons for them, but because you don't know their language that well, you can only make what you make up? I don't know how old these kids are, but there are somethings that are universal and water balloons or squirtguns are loved (don't know culture re: guns) because everykid loves to get wet! Good Luck, Let us know!!!

Well for the halloween thing just babble and say random english words. Since they don't speak english, it should be kinda scary.

Why don't you teach english?? While you learn their language, you can teach them yours. Great way to earn money and contribute to society.
