Is this a riddle? Or do you actually know the answer? My guess is that it would be the Friday before or after the election in 2006, or 2008, and it would be based on if Democrats win the vote. If they win, it would not be beyond the scope of Republicans to take their money out of the market, and sit back and "tsk, tsk" that the warned us!
