We studied in the same class during our college life. Now she is in other city pursuing
her master degree and am working now. I have her mobile no and her e mail address. I insulted her a lot during our college time.

I would suggest you to befriend her female friends... Women care too much about what their friends think. This way, you can show her that you have changed... If thats the case of course.

use the e-mail to just say hi.. start out slow... then about 3 e-mails into it say you are sorry for the way you treated and spoke to her... then let her decide just what the next move is or should be.... God bless
