I would say CONAN.
But, they all are targeted to a different age group.
Letterman is for the older 40-50 age group, mostly male group.
Leno is for the 30-40 men and women age group.
Conan is just the bomb for everyone else.

Letterman caters to a younger crowd, Leno to an older crowd, and Conan to any one who is up real late. I like Letterman and Leno the same.

Letterman is the man. They're all ok, but Dave is so off the wall sometimes that I have to laugh.
