Cool question. how about wrapping a doll in a baby blanket and putting it in his car while he is at work?
Silly way is to dress up like a baby when you go to bed, You may kill two birds with one stone,
Put a high chair in the kitchen and see if he gets the hint.
Ask him to take you shopping. When you get there, go to the maternity section.
Wear a maturnity bra. The ideas are not proper to put on this site, but you could have much fun if you use your imagionation.
Congratulations. Better you than me only because I am in my fifties.

Sit at the kitchen table when he comes home with a carton of ice cream and a jar of pickles.

Or ask him to pickup some ice cream and pickles on his way home.

Hand him a book of baby names and tell him you need a decision by (whenever your due date is...).

Put a sheet of paper in between the newspaper pages made up to look like an ad telling him.

Buy a maternity top, put it on and ask him, "Do I show yet?"

Sit next to him on the couch, hold his hand and say, "We love you."

(1)You can tell him by playing a round of Hangman.
(2) Slip him a card in his lunch...
(3) Make a cake with a baby theme or congrats your a dad
(4) If he loves Ebay (my husband is obsessed) buy a baby bib or something in that area and have it shipped to him. He would definately be surprised!

This is a cute site to try http://www.theromantic.com/stories/pregnant/pregnant1.htm

I wrote my husband a poem from the baby and attached the pregnancy test. I put it in his car when he was to head for work that morning.
