No.at least not Congress Party they ruled for such a long time still same problem persist Electricity , Road , Water , Job , Illiteracy and one more they added corruption.
And before asking question look at Check spelling option next time.Otherwise one more person will be added in Politicians head.

Now we are comfortable with our education system. You know how much Engineering colleges are there in Tamil Nadu state it is 230 approximately. But we dont have enough job for all these Engineers. If everybody is educated you can not enjoy life really. In united states to fill gasoline(Petrol) you have to get down and fill for yourself.You cannot have driver(atleast for normal people).You have to drive yourself, Likewise everything you have to do on your own. If you go to hotel in USA you have to pickup your own luggage. But in India how many people are there to help you. Enjoy your life. God has purposely made this kind of social balance. But dont blame Indian literacy . Can India give good job if everyone is educated.?

Yes they want, & they will do with the help of people rich and fair.
When all be educated they will become professors and obtain Doctorate degrees in many subjects to show that they are better; in addition to their work.

no, they better knows that if more & more people will be educted they will have to retire by educated people , so they are planning only . and never willing to remove illiteracy from india.
